This article investigates and analyses actions taken by the United States and developed nations in regards to African foreign policy. Over the past 50 years billions of dollars have been spent in the name of the continent, and yet hundreds of millions of Africans are still poor, sick, and exploited.
Through scholarly research and literary review the article attempts to identify the ramifications of American action in the African continent. This paper along with an introductory letter has been sent to multiple government officials including the head of the Senate Committee of African Affairs.
